I loved how close we were to both Mowry Conservation Area and Smith-Appleby House, making our weekend strolls a pleasure, while the friendly staff and spacious King suite with fresh decor added to our enjoyable stay.

The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness , everything felt fresh. The king suite was spacious with all the amenities I needed. The outdoor seating area added a lovely touch to my stay, creating a perfect spot to unwind.

Upon entering, we found dirty shower walls and foul-smelling pillows. The maintenance staff dismissed my concerns about a flashing bathroom light, saying it would not be repaired. I felt utterly ignored, especially with a child sensitive to such issues. It ruined our experience!

The experience was a bit disappointing overall. While the breakfast had a few good options and the room was spacious, I encountered issues with cleanliness, including dirty shower walls and pillows that didn't smell fresh. Moreover, a flashing bathroom light had to be dealt with during our stay, which was uncomfortable for my kids who are sensitive to such things. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but these issues definitely impacted our stay.

Family Friendly and Comfortable Stay

The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and ready to help. Our room was large with a kitchenette that had everything including dishes and a full-size fridge, just what we needed with kids!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive considering the situation, but still a fair deal.

In my children's opinion, a designated play area would be great.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool provide everything I need for a great stay. The staff even helped me return documents I left behind. I can't wait for my romantic escape!
